Rainbow South is decorated in the theme of the classic "Over the Rainbow" movie, The Wizard of Oz!
This unit, along with Rainbow North, could be described as a duplex as under the same roof structure. However, the 2 units are divided by a 8’ walkway, each having their own porch and front entry. There is a full size refrigerator located on the deck next to the gas grill.
The first bedroom has a queen bed; the second bedroom has a full and one set of bunk beds.The living room has a futon for that additional guest!
