Policies & Rates

Booking Requirements
- One Adult age 21 or older required per reservation.
- Children under 18, accompanied by an adult stay for free.

Deposits & Final Payment
- Deposit equivalent to 50% of the cost for your intended stay is due 10 days after making a reservation.
- If you are staying only 1 night, payment in full is due as a deposit.
- Cash, personal check or travelers check are accepted. Sorry, no credit cards.
- Balances are due at check-in.

Cancellations
- Deposits will be refunded only if we receive 7 days notice of your cancellation.

Rates
- Rates vary depending on cabin and time of year.
- The rates for each cabin can be found on the "All Cabins" page under each individual cabin. Rates can also be viewed on the interactive calendar shown on the "Availability Inquiry" page.
- Rates are calculated with a daily rate plus additional adult fee and tax.
- Each additional adult is $15/night plus tax.
- The current tax rate is 9%, but that is subject to change based on state regulations.
- Weekly rates: Pay for 6 nights and get the 7th free!
